The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974)
Franklin Hardesty
Sally’s brother accompanies the group in his wheelchair. His knowledge of the family property and observations during the journey connect the travelers to the area before the household’s violence becomes visible.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1995)
Hospital Orderly
Partain returns in a small hospital role rather than reprising Franklin’s role in the original story. The appearance is a cast connection across films, not evidence that Franklin survived the first film.
