Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation · Played by Paul A. Partain
Story spoilers
In the story
Partain returns in a small hospital role rather than reprising Franklin’s role in the original story. The appearance is a cast connection across films, not evidence that Franklin survived the first film.
Continuity matters
A loose continuation with deliberate echoes of the original rather than a tidy explanation of every prior sequel. Its alternate titles, cuts, and release years need to be kept distinct.
